We think a software studio should be able to tell you what something costs before you've spent an hour on a call proving you're a serious buyer. That's not a marketing position — it's how the business is actually built: prices, scope, and terms are on the page because we can stand behind them being right there.

How we're set up
Smart Code Solution is a small, Brno-based studio — not a staffing pool, and not an account-management layer between you and the people writing your code. Projects are scoped, built, and delivered by the same small team throughout, from the discovery call to the handover.
We work in TypeScript, React, and Node.js for web builds; Swift, Kotlin, and React Native for mobile, depending on the platform strategy; and PostgreSQL underneath most systems that need real data behind them — one consistent stack, sized to the project rather than swapped per client.

Fixed-price scope
The price you see is the price you pay for that package's stated scope. If something genuinely can't be pre-priced, we say so and quote it separately — we don't force an unclear scope into a number.

Full ownership on final payment
The complete source code and full intellectual property rights transfer to you the day the final invoice is paid. No retained licence, no held-back repository.

GDPR-by-design, DPA on request
Personal data is handled to GDPR standards by default. A signed Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

30-day warranty
Every delivered build carries a 30-day warranty from launch: defects in what we shipped are fixed at no charge. Feature requests and scope changes are separate — the warranty covers correctness, not additions.
