Frequently asked questions
What happens if our process changes mid-build?
Minor changes that don't affect the agreed scope are handled as part of normal check-ins. A change that adds real scope is quoted separately before we build it — never added silently to the invoice.
Can you replace an existing system, not just build something new?
Yes. Migration from an existing tool or database is part of the Growth package and can be added to Starter as an out-of-scope hourly item.
Do we own the code once it’s built?
Yes, entirely, on final payment. Full source code and IP transfer to you — it's in the commitments band and in the Terms of Service, not just a sales line.
What if our workflow doesn't fit either package?
That's what the Enterprise tier and the discovery call are for. We scope it properly rather than force it into a package that doesn't fit.
